Formula

V_b = (C_a × V_a) / C_b
Where:
V_b = Volume of base (L)
C_a = Concentration of acid (mol/L)
V_a = Volume of acid (L)
C_b = Concentration of base (mol/L)

Example

If you have 0.1 L of acid at 1 mol/L concentration, and you want to neutralize it with a base of 0.5 mol/L, then:
V_b = (1 × 0.1) / 0.5 = 0.2 L
